Should I prepare for cleaning?

Because we do it all, you never have to worry about preparation. Just let us know what you need – when you need it. Then check that item off of your to do list. Contact us to learn about our no out-of-pocket payment process.

What if property is damaged during cleaning?

At RealtyClean, we respect your home, office and personal property. In the unlikely event that property is damaged while our crews are on-site, we’ll make every effort within our means to repair or, if necessary, replace that item free of charge. Formal insurance claims are also filed when appropriate. Our trained staff takes every precaution to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

How do I pay for RealtyClean services?

We offer an easy, efficient and straightforward payment process. First, request a quote through our web-based interface. Then print the order and submit it to escrow with the offer.

If you’re a Realtor®, simply include RealtyClean services in your client’s offer and purchase agreement. Denote the party responsible, whether the seller or buyer. This gives everyone the peace-of-mind in knowing the property is spotless after move-out and before move-in. If you’ve already opened escrow, just ask the buyer to sign the new invoice/addendum into escrow. There’s absolutely no cost until property close. It’s that easy!

While most clients prefer escrow billing, payments may also be made using any major credit card or business check. Contact us for more details.

Does RealtyClean offer carpet cleaning?

Yes! RealtyClean and/or our preferred affiliates will clean, shampoo or replace your carpets as needed. This exclusive service is offered to all of our valued clients.

How much should I expect to pay for RealtyClean services?

Request a quote using one of two easy methods: 1.) Online at www.RealtyClean.com, or 2.) by phone by calling 1.800.773.0873. Our cleaning fees are based on square footage, while junk removal is based on volume. Construction services are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the services required. We may need to visit your site to provide a fixed quote at no additional charge.

For special services, our estimators can visit your home or office to assess property condition. We can typically offer this on the same day of your request. If the matter is urgent, please call to ensure your request is expedited. If appropriate, we may use MLS photos and Realtor® feedback to make an accurate estimate. We understand the demands of the industry and the importance of cost containment. That’s why we will work hard to ensure competitive pricing and exceptional quality.

Do you also service commercial buildings?

Yes! We specialize in both residential and commercial real estate including REO, bank-owned or foreclosed, and traditional residential and commercial properties. What if I have a problem? What should I do to ensure it’s rectified?

RealtyClean follows stringent quality control practices. As such, each account has its own logbook to help our employees and your staff communicate effectively. If you have a question or problem, please call our office. Most issues are successfully remedied within just 24 hours.

Can I contact company references?

Yes, we can provide current references upon request. This includes past client names and telephone numbers to contact at your convenience.

Do you provide your own cleaning products?

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies and trained professional crews necessary to complete the job.
