How do I place an order?

What are your payment terms?

RealtyClean invoices each client as soon as work is performed and photos are submitted. Once the invoice is submitted, we offer a 30-day grace period for payment to help offset our client’s cash flow demands. If a longer grace period is needed, RealtyClean can work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Do you only provide services for REO/foreclosed homes?

No, RealtyClean offers services for all residential and commercial properties. This includes property management companies, commercial tenant improvements, bank-owned, short sale, traditional home sale, asset manager, non-lender construction and non-Realtor clients.

What's your coverage area?

We currently cover all seven Southern California counties including San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Orange, Ventura and Kern. We also have expansion plans in place for statewide coverage – coming soon. Contact us to request an updated list of our new territories.

Do you handle emergency services?

Yes, we can dispatch a contractor to meet your emergency needs.

Do you have Spanish-speaking or bilingual support?

Yes, we have bilingual customer services representatives available.

RealtyClean is affiliated with just about every lending institution, mortgage field service and asset management company on the market along with their procedures and guidelines.

How does RealtyClean obtain multiple bids?

RealtyClean has a vast pool of subcontractors and vendors. If you need multiple bids, we’ll send your project out to different contractors for various competitive bids. Each contractor is familiar with HUD/FHA guidelines and has passed our extensive background check. Once received, we’re able to compare apples-to-apples, saving our clients valuable time.

Do you require a minimum service order?

No, from a lock change to a complete demolition, there’s no minimum or maximum service order. We’re here to serve all of your needs.
