Evictions/Cash For Keys: RealtyClean is there for you to initiate lock changes, fully secure property for eviction or settle with a Cash for Keys offer. If needed, we’ll also remove and store personal belongings within a storage facility and hold property as directed per lender guidelines, local ordinances and state laws.

Lock Changes: RealtyClean is familiar with each lender’s guidelines, able to change knob locks and dead bolts, keying them specifically to a client-ordered key cut code. In addition, we’ll secure fencing, windows and virtually all openings with the required mechanism to ensure exceptional protection.

Lock-Box Installation: RealtyClean will install a lock box at our client’s request using client-specific combo code.

Board-up: RealtyClean will board-up windows, doors and garages specified by your clients using the proper HUD/FHA bolts, nuts and plywood.

Maid Services/Sales Clean: We’ll thoroughly clean property at levels exceeding client expectations including appliances, interior windows, cabinets and drawers. We’ll detail kitchens and bathrooms, baseboards, window sills and air vents. Realty Clean also sweeps porches, patios and garages, cleans sinks, fixtures and ceiling fans, detailing all floors and leaving behind an air freshener in the kitchen and all bathrooms. A detailed checklist confirms consistency with all properties.

Trash-out/Junk Removal: RealtyClean hauls away all interior and exterior trash and debris using environmentally friendly and appropriate disposal facilities.

Hazardous Materials: RealtyClean safely removes all hazardous materials as per our client’s instruction based on local, state and OSHA guidelines and procedures to ensure safety and safeguard liability.

Auto Removal: RealtyClean removes all vehicles as per our client’s instructions based on local and state regulations.

Landscaping: We cut, edge, weed and trim grass and shrubs, able to provide complete hardscape and landscape services including installations and renovations as per our client’s instructions. RealtyClean also performs weekly, bi-monthly or monthly maintenance services based on our client’s needs.

Pool/Spa: RealtyClean will drain, acid wash and fill any pool, spa or pond with start-up chemicals, cleaning filters and replacing pool equipment as per our client’s requests. We also perform weekly, bi-monthly or monthly maintenance based on our client’s needs.

Winterization/De-winterization: We winterize vacant and abandoned property, addressing specific client needs and investor or insurer guidelines. This can involve plumbing and heating system drainage, anti-freeze application, water shut-off, water system air pressure clearing, disconnection and removal of water meters, disconnection of the water main feed pipe along with plugging and capping. We post notices and tag appropriate fixtures and all systems as per the lender’s guidelines. Finally, we revert winterized items back into working condition once the situation permits.

Termite/Pest Control: RealtyClean offers professional termite inspections and reports as per Structural Pest Control Board guidelines and licensing. We also accommodate pest control needs as per our client’s requests using our licensed pest control vendors.

Snow Removal: RealtyClean will remove snow based on our client’s instructions and guidelines.

Property Inspections: RealtyClean can perform a variety of inspection services including occupancy verifications, inspections, initial property inspections and monthly inspections.
