Bill through Escrow services include, but are not limited to:

Detailed cleaning and janitorial. We clean, detail and sanitize surfaces, walls and floors, shampooing carpets, mopping hardwood and linoleum, scrubbing cupboards, clearing pet hair, and removing scuffs or stains.

Professional window washing. We wash and polish glass surfaces on all floors, cleaning window and patio door tracks, screens and skylights.

HVAC/AC and heating duct cleaning. We thoroughly clean air conditioning and heating ducts to eliminate mold growth, pollutants, dust and debris caused by environmental conditions, smoking, pet hair and cooking.

Exterior landscaping. We mow and seed lawns, mulch and maintain gardens, prune trees and shrubs, remove weeds, aerate and fertilize. Complete hardscape and landscape services are also available upon request.

Tree removal. Dead or misplaced trees can diminish property value. We recommend simple solutions to boost buyer interest, removing trees, grinding stumps and reseeding where needed.

Pool, gutter and chimney cleaning. We professionally clean pools and spas, repair or replace pool liners and equipment, test chemicals and pumps, clear gutters and sweep chimneys.

Termite services. We inspect and treat residential and commercial buildings to protect property from termites including chemical application along with the removal of food and moisture sources.

Trash-out and junk removal. Between foreclosure and resale, we steps in to clear-out trash, junk and discarded items. This includes furniture, food, clothing and personal items both inside and outside of the vacant property.

Carpet shampooing. We shampoo carpets and deep clean stained areas to enhance every room in the building. This process eliminates both surface soils and ground-in dirt along with pet hair and allergens.

Locksmith services. To secure foreclosed, REO or abandoned property, we install lock boxes and re-key or replace locks and deadbolts throughout the property.

Pressure washing. We professionally pressure-wash all concrete and brick surfaces, fences, decks, porches and roofs to remove ground-in dirt, debris, mold and mildew.

Maintenance and repairs. We inspect the property – inside and out – identifying and addressing important building repairs and maintenance. Realtyclean can conduct any construction, rehab, and remodeling needs.
