Abraham Prattella

Abraham Prattella, RealtyClean Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, brings invaluable real estate, finance and legal expertise to the company. He specializes in business and growth strategy development, having acquired and managed large-scale accounts for some of today’s top service companies. He has received numerous awards, recognitions and honors throughout his career, solely responsible for driving sales up 180 percent and distribution points 21 percent within one year’s time. During his career he boosted overall productivity by 57 percent and sales by 87 percent within his districts. Abraham remains a keen strategist, able to motivate and rally teams toward above-average results.

Mr. Prattella was a license and certified firefighter and has years of experience in safety and regulatory compliance. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Cal Poly Pomona with a minor in real estate, law and finance. He was recognized with Beta Gamma Sigma High Honors and Golden Key Honors throughout his university years.

For four years in a row as Sr. Realtor® and Sr. Loan Officer, Mr. Prattella achieved top sales status within a leading real estate agency. During this time, he developed training manuals and oversaw new hires, researched and presented economic feedback forecast industry reports.

Abraham is a licensed B1 General Contractor, Loan Broker and Realtor® Broker.

Todd Prattella

Todd Prattella, RealtyClean Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder, delivers proven real estate, management and software development expertise. He’s a talented and motivated entrepreneur, able to design and implement innovative solutions for today’s demanding real estate industry. Since 2002, Mr. Prattella significantly expanded his income-generating real estate investment portfolio throughout Florida and California. During this time, he simultaneously supported the development needs of leading IT organizations.

Prior to founding RealtyClean, Todd managed a successful software development consulting group at Campus Management, driving creative solutions to higher education institutions. In this capacity, Todd grew revenue to 1.6 million in less than two years. He’s held various leadership roles at companies including Viziqor Solutions (now Formula Telecom Solutions), a software development company providing billing and business support systems. Mr. Prattella earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems along with his MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

Charles Prattella

Charles Prattella, RealtyClean Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder, brings years of specialized real estate experience to the company. Mr. Prattella is a licensed Realtor®, life and health insurance agent in the state of California. He’s is a talented and inspirational leader, dedicated to uncompromising excellence and integrity.

Committed to the community, Mr. Prattella is proud to have served as a Police Corporal/Officer for nearly a decade, retiring in early 2008. He has also honorably served in the United States Marine Corps reserves. Charles is proud to have earned the right to sit on many Boards with local city officials regarding the implementation of public safety in both the community and in local schools. He’s further worked as a liaison for the local police department and school districts, effectively opening doors between the public and private sectors. Mr. Prattella earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of La Verne. He holds CBEST and School Resource Officer certification.

With more than 10 years of operational and management experience, Charles has acquired keen insight into the ways in which organizations can avoid waste, inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication. He has an innate talent for operational redesign that ensures a sleeker, smoother, more strategically focused company. As a successful investment firm owner, Mr. Prattella can also empathetically help other business owners in setting priorities and creating the work/life balance they want and need.
