If you’re a Realtor, simply include RealtyClean services in your client’s offer and purchase agreement. Denote the party responsible, whether the seller or buyer. This gives everyone the comfort in knowing the property is spotless after move-out and before move-in. If you’ve already opened escrow, just ask the buyer or seller to sign the new invoice/addendum into escrow. There’s absolutely no cost until property close and, once closed, there’s no fee if the seller is the designated party responsible. Sellers pay seamlessly from their net proceeds in escrow.
